Founder & Managing Partner
Andrew Shader is the Founder and Managing Partner of Arbitrust Lending. Since 2015, Andrew has built and operated a vertically integrated real estate family office based in South Florida, overseeing more than $120 million in real estate assets across residential and mixed-use properties.
His firm specializes in acquiring, financing, stabilizing, and managing assets in-house, providing Andrew with a deep, operator-level understanding of real estate fundamentals—from underwriting and construction risk to cash flow durability and exit strategy. This hands-on experience forms the backbone of Arbitrust Lending's approach to private credit.
Arbitrust Lending was created as a natural extension of this platform. By leveraging years of real estate ownership and management experience, Andrew brings an owner's mindset to lending—allowing the firm to evaluate asset-backed loans with speed, precision, and discipline. This real-world expertise enables Arbitrust to fund transactions efficiently while maintaining a conservative, collateral-first risk profile.

Partner | Head of Asset Management
Jordan Brown is a Partner at Arbitrust Lending and serves as Head of Asset Management. He has worked alongside Andrew Shader for over seven years, playing a key role in the day-to-day management and operational oversight of the firm's real estate portfolio.
With deep experience in property management, stabilization strategies, tenant operations, and asset performance optimization, Jordan brings practical, on-the-ground insight into how real estate assets truly operate. His background allows Arbitrust Lending to underwrite loans not just on paper, but based on how properties function in the real world.
Jordan's long-term involvement in the family office ensures continuity, discipline, and institutional knowledge across both the ownership and lending platforms. His asset-level expertise is instrumental in evaluating collateral quality, execution risk, and downside protection for every loan Arbitrust originates.
